Help with a Saturn switch mod

i fell like a complete newbie/idiot for not knowing how to get one to work. I've tried all the tutorials i've found on the net yet i can never get it to work properly. Either one mode (US or JP) works, never both of them.

My model # is MK-80000A
Its a round button, 64pin IC, 21pin ribbon cable.

I've already removed the jumpers on JP7 & JP11

can someone that knows how to do this mod, tell me what wire goes to what jumper posistion and what position on the DPDT switch

I don't remember removing any jumpers when I modded my saturn.
