Level Six ... are they legit?

Last friday I ordered a SmartJoy Plus adapter from them with my credit card (which was charged instantly). I never got a notice about it being sent by monday night and when checking on my order on their website it shows it hasn't been shipped. I emailed them yesterday and it has been over 24 hours and I haven't received a response and their website still says it hasn't been shipped.

Is this normal? I am used to ordering from NewEgg with instant notification and shipping usually the same day.

Doh, I didn't read the news on the front page!


News (March 3, 2004) - All orders received after 2PM on March 4th will ship on March 12th. There will be no shipping on Friday, March 5th and Monday through Thursday, March 8-11th. There will be very limited email response during this time, as well. Therefore, if there are any questions please allow up until March 12-13th for a reply. We regret this situation, but will make sure that all orders will ship as soon as possible.

Just to allay your concerns, Level Six is a reputable company. I just ordered one of their Ignition pads for DDR a couple weeks ago, and recieved it promptly.
