Super Mario Allstars+Mario World won't work HELP!!!! :(

Ok I bought my Super Mario Allstars+Mario world game last month at a gamestop..unfortunately they dont' have any anymore, and they stopped buying snes games...It gave me trouble when i first tried it out, but still managed to make it work on my Super...everytime i would turn it on it would give me trouble and i'd be there for minutes trying to make it work...i was even scared to take it out of my Super...well I haven't played my super in about a week and a half..I've been trying for minutes trying to make my game work, and it just won't...I cleaned it out with a Q-tip and alcohol about a week ago...haven't tried that today, but going to right now...what can i do to make it work, i'm no expert in fixing up nintendo stuff...any help would help...anyone in the San antonio area who might wanna take a look at it?????? im desperate!!!! :(

If the alcohol doesn't work , try a Fingernail file.
Just scrub back and forth across the contacts and then clean it with the alcohol.

wow I never heard about a nail filer lol well fortunately I got it working after about an hour, now i'm scared to take it off to play my other games again lol if this keeps on..i'm going to have to buy a new one :( Thanks!!!
