Shame on you for getting my hopes up...they only have the green and blue pictured there. People always mention the red version, but in years of searching I have yet to find a picture of one, a person who claims to have one, or even a person who claims to have seen one. I'm pretty sure the red Game Factory cart is a myth.

Prove me wrong if you can...I'd love to see one!

Eek the Cat for SNES was a rental exclusive for a time, like Transmetals 64.

Game Factory Red, if it exists, would make fill out the Genesis Superrare Trifecta. I have my doubts. Now the thing that actually does something with all three GF carts... now that HAS to exist.

I can only confirm the following are absolutely true:

FOR N64:

Blockbuster ONLY, and have the logo (or name) on the package:

Clayfighter 63 1/3: Sculpters Cut
Razor Freestyle Scooter
Transformers: Beast Wars - Transmetals

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine was NOT a Blockbuster exclusive. It was available to rent and for sale at Blockbuster AND the LucasArts online store.

Blockbuster exclusives, but no mention of that on the packaging:

International Track & Field 2000
NFL Blitz Special Edition
Stunt Racer

Finally, Exclusive by direct order only - not available at retail:

International Super Star Soccer 2000

I hope this helps. The only real error is the Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine. Available at Blockbuster, but NOT an exclusive.

as for indian jones i put either Blockbuster exclusives, available through Blockbuster, or associated with Blockbuster

but as for the other ones...ill add stunt racer to the list
and for international super star soccer 2000....could you rent it at blockbuster, or are you just posting this to let ppl know of another exclusive purchase game

I do not believe that the ISS 2000 was available to rent or for purchase at BB. So, I guess that it is just for general information, as it is the 8th N64 exclusive.

Ren and Stimpy Fire Dogs was not a BB exclusive, Charts Hits had it for rental so it probably was a rental only, just not a BB exclusive. God, so that's why ISS 2000 is such a bitch to find. You can also buy a brand new copy of EEK The Cat from Videogamedepot.com for only 15.00 bucks. Too bad the game sucks.

The Gamestop label variant that tholly speaks of is just that. It's a regular PS2 game with a Gamestop preview for manager's on it. I received one of these before release, and it has the same back cover, just a different front. http://kthxstfu.com/~eternaltune/images/turok.jpg

I'll go you one better though.

HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN A COPY OF BLADES OF STEEL 2000 FOR N64??!?

Here is a copy of the Final Fight Guy that proves it was a blockbuster exclusive:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3086671331&category=62053

Plus I have one. The only other SNES game that i have that says blockbuster exclusive is the Clayfighter Tournament game. The Ren & Stimpy Fire Dogs game says (on box) "Rental Exclusive only, Man!", so not necessarily blockbuster.

The others, Donkey Kong Country Competition Cartridge was not a rental but was recalled from blockbuster after the competition and sold after the competition to nintendo power subscribers. Same with Starfox Super Weekend. I have a nintendo power magazine with the form in the back of it to order one of them (I can't remember which one).

Mr. Nutz and Kid Kleets I also have and do not recall seeing any indication on the boxes at all of any rental exclusive or anything, but I will have a look and see if I see anything about it. Most of these copies of these games I have do have rental stickers on them but I have at least one of each of these two that does not have any evidence that it was ever rented.

You can also add the Pac-Man VS game for the GC that you would get if you bought either I-Ninja or R: Racing evolution.... I know this to be true, read it in Nintendo Power 176. This version came in a little cd sleeve, not the typical GC case.

Also, you get this game (as well as rouge squadron III demo) if you pre-ordered anything from Gamecrazy.

and yes... lolo 3 was rental exclusive.

Nobody mentioned the exclusive Pokemon Center titles. Many of these are still available from the website.

Pokemon Box [GCN]
Pokemon Mini System [Purple, Blue or Green]
Pokemon Party Mini [Pack in]
Pokemon Pinball Mini
Pokemon Puzzle Collection
Pokemon Zany Cards

Pokemon Center New York Edition GBA (Gold /art, This version was also sold at EB or Gamestop, but not with Pokemon Gold)

GBA-SP Torchic (Orange w/art)
GBA-SP Kyorge (Blue w/art)
GBA-SP Err... red guy from Ruby (Red w/art)

If anybody gives a fart, I wrote a faq on the Pokemon Mini but its not posted online since Gamefaq changed formats and delisted it. PM me if you want a copy.

Also, can somebody confirm if the Blockbuster Transformers came with a manual? I've seen 4 boxed copies and none of them have a manual.

I bought new copies of Sneakers XB, and Turok PS2 at the EB Games I work at (Canada)

...both being cleared out for $9.99 LOL

Also, each retailer in Canada this past holiday season had their own exclusive GBA SP:

Best Buy: Ocean Blue (like Sword of Mana one)
Future Shop: Pearl White
TRU: Shrek (half orange, half green)
Zellers: Pearl Pink
EBGames: Tribal Tatoo (previously a UK exclusive)

Also, the only place I've seen a new copy of Gungriffon XB has been at Microplay.

Interesting Point:

Kartia for PSX was an early blockbuster rental prior to game launch. It does not feature a BB Label variant; however, the 'non foil' logo version has an earlier PSRM number on it, signifying it came before the retail release. It's by the same guys who did Eggs of Steel.
