The guy won't do escrow, nor will he take pics of the games on request.... a little fishy.

agreed. If i'm going to pay that kind of jack for a collection, I want pictures of what I'm getting, not just the storage boxes. I don't think that's unreasonable. Maybe not a picture of each game, but a "class picture" type of shot would be realistic.

Hey Portnoyd,
I also emailed him cause I thought it seemed a little fishy. I got back a response about him needing to borrow a digital camera, and he might or might not get back to me. I just wanted a pic of Stadium Events complete. I don't have a good feeling about this auction as not many people just toss in over 200 dvd's... and if you have those 4 games in the first place, especially complete, you know what they are worth, and that they should be part of the pictures without a doubt. Also, this guy has had his account for a couple years, but only started his transactions in the last 6 months... very strange. I wouldn't touch this auction with a 10 foot pole. Who takes a picture of boxes in the corner and wants to make money off of it??? I am very scared of the scam potential of this auction. If anyone else has any other info, feel free to contribute. ~Matt
