These are on Gamefaqs but I didn't see any difference when I used them.
I haven't tried them with the VGA box or my HD yet though. What purpose would the low resolution serve?

De-interlaced
After loading the GD-ROM keep pressing the Start button + L button until the Capcom logo appears on the screen.

Low-resolution/anti-aliasing
After loading the GD-ROM keep pressing the Start button + Y button until the Capcom logo appears on the screen.

Normal screen
After loading the GD-ROM keep pressing the Start button + X button until the Capcom logo appears on the screen.

I don't know the differences, but I do know why they're in there. Arcade 3S looks alot better (less grainy) than DC 3S. They're trying to make up for it.

Ok, but make up for it how? I really don't notice a difference.
