Shadowrun CD

I was shifting thru import stuff on Sega Cd, and Noticed Shadowrun. It was developed by a tottaly differnt company, then the two Shadowruns that hit stateside, controls/plays differntly, and is supposedly based in the future in Tokyo. I can't find this forsale anywhere, Ebay Searches have come up dry, is this game THAT hard to find? even if it's heavy japanse text i'd like to try it.

It is not that hard to find, but it is expensive: about $100 for a mint and complete copy or less if you can do without the OBI and/or some slight wear.
