Hi, from an auction I bought, I noticed two of the games, NBA 2k1 and WSB 2k1 say on the disks "Not For Resale" what does this mean? Are these games worth any more?

No, they were probably just the games packaged with the black Sega Sports Dreamcast. These were meant to be only packaged with it, and not to be sold seperately, meaning "not for resale."

"Not For Resale" DIscs are sually either
a) Promotional Demos
b) Pack in Games
Those two games came with the "Sports Edition" Black Dreamcast right before the system's demise. Doen't make them worth any more, sadly. Just means you have one of the variants...that if you wanted to trade them in the clerk would have to do it manually. :)
