They're uncommon, but less common than the SNES mouse. Mainly packaged with Wacky Worlds Creation Studio. Don't pay more than $3-$5 for one. A game needs to support the mouse for it to work too. (i.e. Nobunaga's Ambition says it's mouse enabled, and will work, but something like Sonic 1, won't work at all).
