I'm referring to the mission named "keep your friends close." on GTA Vice City. I'm on this mission right now... and it is a pain in the ass... for those of you who have beaten it, do u have any tips?.. i hope to actually finish it tonight, but with the luck i've been having with it, i may not.
the 1st time i played this mission, i wasnt really prepared.. it didnt go so well...
the 2nd time i kinda knew what was gonna happen... i made it up to the roof.. killed Lance and the other men... went back inside and up the stairs... sonny was waiting downstairs, i pulled out my rocket launcher and shot and i guess one of his goons had ran right up to me, b/c it blew up right next to me and killed me :(
3rd time i made it upstairs where Lance and the other guys were, and they shot a gasoline filled barrel next to me and i died right when i got up there :(
..that also happened like once or twice again..
at this point i was pretty mad... i made it upstairs... killed lance and the others... went back downstairs with full health/full armor... got to the top of the stairs and looked down to see that Sonny was there... everyone started shooting at me, i shot/hit sonny twice with rockets and then hit something right in front of me which knocked me down.. i jumped back up and was practically dead, so i used the armor cheat but there were too many of em and they still managed to kill me... this is the last storyline mission i have left, and i'm ready to get this one over.. its a pain in the ass
