I recently purchased the game Super Mario Kart Double Dash.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3081755720&category=27220&sspagename=STRK%3AMEBWN%3AIT&rd=1

I won it over a week ago and payed for it via PayPal on Monday last week. Since then, the item hasn't yet come and I haven't recieved any E-Mails from the seller saying he's sent it or anything. I'm going to send them an E-Mail asking what's happeing and see what happens.

What I want to know is what do I do if the worst comes to the worst such as they never send the item or even reply to my E-Mails? How do I report them to eBay or get my money back if it's even possible?

I should have known the seller might have been dodgy, since he has one Neg for 12 feedback reports. :embarrassed:

You leave negative feedback and contact PayPal about it. This never happened to me, so I don't know what to do. Sorry.

I would say you're jumping the gun a little bit. It's only been a week and some sellers just don't respond to buyers. I had a friend tell me that he never responds to the ask seller a question emails LOL Which isn't that bad, he's only hurting himself. Anyways, give it until Thursday atleast and see what happens. You should be able to get your money back through paypal but i'm not sure how things apply over there. I know paypal has a different set of rules for every country so you might start looking into it but make sure you send lots of emails and make sure you've exhausted every possibility.

I dunno, some people just don't communicate on ebay. (Actually, now that I think about it I never do, heh). But one time I waited almost two months and emailed this guy a few times about a boxed jaguar controller I bought and still hadn't come. I held out for SUCH a long time and finally left him negative feedback and GUESS what comes in the mail the day I finally left him negative feedback?? Well, anyhow, I'd say just wait it up for about a week, then do what you think's right.

Heh, just realized the NES Cleaning Kit I bought NEVER came either....

is this like your first time buying off of ebay? Its only been a week! CAlm down. SOme sellers dont respond and sometimes items take 1-3 weeks to recieve. I have bought about 40 items from ebay and at least 20 of them took at least 2 weeks to get here after I send payment.

Its one thing that a seller hasn't emailed you saying he sent it. A lot of sellers don't do this. Its a hassle, and really not worth the bother.

If a seller ignores your emails (which apparantly you never even sent any), THEN you may have a problem. Just remember to give the guy at least a couple of days to read and reply to your email.

If you actually, got your item within one week of payment, you would be in the minority.

Unless you got priority shipping, it can take up to 3 weeks to get the item. A week is too soon to be worried.

Well, thanks for the advice. I guess I'm sorta jumping the gun, I haven't E-Mailed him yet so I'll just leave it for now.

It's just that others things I've bought have only taken a few days. I'll give it another week and then pop him an E-Mail.

Thanks. :)

You should definitly email him regardless. If he doesn't answer, no biggie but atleast he knows there is somebody on the other end expecting the package and maybe you can find out if there is a delay for any reason. Most things never show up in a few days, it does happen....yet seldom. I would still email him asap though, but that's just me.

I always shoot the seller an email saying I paid and always thank them in advance for the quick shipping ;) Hasn't failed me yet :P
