Cardboard in US, Plastic in Asia and Europe. The Japanese version does not have "4" in the title though, so don't confuse it with the PS1 remake for the Mega Drive.

well, i doubt anyone will confuse a $120 game with a $25 one, lol- the phantasy star port for the md is kinda hard to get, while end of the millennium is an easier catch...=^P

Just finished a deal on GTZ and got a mint PS1 MD for 67 incl. shipping...sweeeet. Will get it tomorrow.

I got my copy of P4 ages ago, way back when Fincoland was still cheap and they kept all manual and boxes. Mine had the plastic case but it looks like the previous owner just cut up the PS4 box and slipped it into a blank Genesis case.
