Some new info, in anticipation of the PC5 where we'll demo the game at the AtariAge booth's kiosk. We're about 80% or more, ladies and gents.

Still looking great, guys! It's too bad you weren't programming for the 5200 back in the day. Those graphics are the best I've ever seen for that system. Put me down for one at CGE :D

Wow. This is slick. I wonder how something like this would have done back in the 80's. It's weird to think about a time when certain genre's (In this case, RPG's) barely even existed. What if there was a game like Dance Dance Revolution on the 2600 in 1981?

I'm very interested too. Any idea how much this will cost?

NICE job, Ron (and team)! I can't begin to tell you how stoked I am to play a sequel to one of my favorite games of all time. The project is in the right hands, I can't wait!

Thanks for the update.

Damn, that's mighty purty...looks like NES graphics (or even some crappy SNES games!).

Great job! Can't wait to get a chance to play.

Yep-Ron's 1st game Koffi is/was an instant classic, so I can only imagine how great the finished project will be!

I'm sure you'll post it on your website, but let us know when we can preorder for those of us who won't be able to attend the Philly show.

It looks absolutely splendid. Enhanced, yet it has the essence of the original.

Will it have a randomized version, like Game 3 of the original?

I'm not sure if I'm missing any questions here, but we haven't even talked about "cost" yet although it should be similarly priced to what other 5200 homebrews have been. We have had some excellent boxes made up using Dave G's box art designs, and you can see some samples at PC5 if you attend the show. And it will have a glossy nice manual just like Koffi and some other homebrews have had.

You'll get to play the PC5 demo next week.

@Aswald: actually, right now ALL it has is a randomized version. But it is controlled randomization, you won't get a necessary key in its locked castle, nor will the bridge be out somewhere you'd need the bridge to reach it. ;)

The randomization depends on which Game Variation you pick. I plan on having a couple variations where the items always start out in the same locations, just like Game #1 in Adventure.
