I'm planning to buy this game, 100% complete, mint condition. I'll pay around US$ 35,00. Is it rare? I can't find it on DP Raritys List. It's from Japan. Please, help me! Thanks!

I don't know much about the PSX games. I know the N64 one is pricey. The user Oceanfr has a ton of PSX imports so you might want to ask him :D
