Playstation list error?

Ok, I've looked and looked, but I have never come across Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha 2 listed below. Am I nuts or was this game never released and/or is it the same as EX2 Plus?

Damn you! I spent 3 freakin' hours looking for info on that game! Website upon website I searched with no luck.....and it's all your fault! I want those 3 hours back!
