What's with the hostility in this thread? People used to ask rarity questions all the time; the database is new enough that he probably didn't know about it yet, and I don't really think that it's an insult that he didn't want to buy the book. Let's take it easy, and think before we post next time, okay?

I think the hostility was aimed at "I don't want the book" because it wasn't the usual "I haven't purchased it yet"
I kinda just want to lock the thread before it goes into the bowels of hell, since the link was given.

If you're looking to make a profit, then check eBay. Those people are climacticly stupid enough to pay too much for uncommon games.
If you're looking for games to play, you're ask the wrong question.
If you're just looking for rare games, use the resources already provided. Keep in mind rare doesn't equal fun, and also rare for Genny doesn't equal dollar signs.

actually, I was thinking of starting a genesis collection, but don't have too much cash and wanted to pick up the ones that might run me a bit more on ebay or off a private seller while I could get them at a cheap price. Especially since my buddy runs the store, but only really knows about newer consoles.
I have only really sold 2 games out of my collection!!! (besides some cheap gamers condition disc only dc games to my girl's lil bro, because I picked up some complete ones of the same titles)
street fighter 2 ce cps1 board because I got a ssf2 cab and a buriki one neo 64 kit....because I needed money to get a martial masters pgm cart that I found it at a nice price and have wanted for a while.
I sold them both for exactly what I paid for them, if not a bit less...
I also made a couple of superguns and sold them off, but that's about it. I am not into gaming to make money! But, if I can start a collection with some cheap rare titles, I am all for it.
Sorry if this came off the wrong way, but I could buy 4-5 boxed games for the price of that book! Also, sorry I did not know about your search thing, but as you can tell by my post count.....I haven't been around here very long.
The only deal I have done here was GIVING some guy a couple of dreamcast demos that he offered to buy off of people, and I even paid the shipping out of my own pocket.
