I wouldn't touch this either. Although I have seen liquidation auctions sites that sell refurbished and damaged electronics by the pallet. This guy could have picked them up that way among others.

Yeah, that smells badly of scam. Did you notice how he didn't even furnish his own pictures of a GBA and is using a stock photo?
It looks like someone lazy is scamming.
