when the heck is pro skater 4 REALLY coming out??

alright.... activisions website says release date is "october 23".
no one around here has a clue- walmart tells me its not on the list for today, EB said it comes out tommorow. GameStop said it comes out the 29th. Best Buy said expect it on it's release date of October 31.
what the hell?
i got all this info this morning. does any one actually know when it REALLY is going to be out?

tomorrow. i talked to 2 different gamestop's around here and they both said tomorrow. i just ordered mine at gamestop.com since they were offering free overnight shipping, so i should have mine tomorrow. anyone gonna be playing online?

oh and ive found that most times you call bestbuy and the people dont know what the hell they are talking about. i remember i asked about something coming out a little while back, and the chick said in 3 weeks or something, i went to the store the next day and it was there.

those dates i got mostly came from demo boxes sitting on shelves tagged with the dates....

I'm looking forward to THPS4. I guess I'll buy the GameCube port for the very good reason that I do have a GameCube right now and won't have a PS2 again for another few months (whenever I get that "real", well-paying job I've been looking for...).
