That link has a list of just about every SNES pack-in in the US, England, Netherlands, and Canada. However, the author left out Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island on the US list, which I have seen box photos of.
I don't remember seeing an SNES with NCAA basketball or Super Metroid included as pack-ins, though.
