I just got this copy of Zelda: Link's Awakening. What does the sticker on the back mean?

I think that it means that it's intended for display units and doesn't really belong to the store. I'm not a Nintendo rep so I couldn't really tell you how those things work.

It also means that whoever got that game after it was used for display probably didn't pay for the game.

It means that it's Nintendo's and you have to send it back to then, or they will kill your first born. They have the power...they will send Mario if they have to.

LOL

Nah, Smashey's right though

I would say that this is was actually used as a demo by nintendo. No one listen's to me when it comes to these things but the font face is even helvetica like on the other demo's nintendo did, be it the writing on the black and white sticker label as appearing on the backs of some demos and in this case here, or the part that's actually on some demo's label. Another thing that happens is people might say it is Arial font used on nintendo demos but it isn't, they're a liar.

If that "is" what it was used for LOL

Im probably going to sound like a smart ass, but the sticker probably means that the cart is a demo game only, and is not for resale. It also means that the carts i property of Nintendo :hmm:

It's not terribly special, it just has a sticker on the back.

Oh, for the love of god, please don't start that shit here.

That's the GB equivalent of the white top labeled SNES carts, the N64 NFR carts. Pretty standard.

well i guess this is rarer than the SNES / N64 equivalents as there were not as many demo GB's as SNES and N64 ;)
