Picked up a few Turbografx-16 games the other day and was wondering. Two of the ones I picked up, plus two I got a while ago that were CD games came in large boxes, and not just jewel cases. Did all the turbografx-16 games come in these boxes or were some of them jewel cases only? Thanks for any help clearing this up for me =).

The cardboard boxes were used from launch up to around the Turbo Duo release. CD games after that were jewel case only.

US TurboGrafx CD games came with a cardboard sleeve, jewel case, manual, CD, and styrofoam insert for the cardboard sleeve.

Vasteel is an exception to this, as it had a double CD case.

US Super CD games came with jewel case, manual, and CD.

The exception to this is the 4-in-1 Super CD-Rom that came with the Turbo Duo. It came with just the CD and 3 instruction manuals for Bonk's Adventure, Bonk's Revenge and Gates of Thunder.
