Despite the sea of commons I own, my Bonk collection remains tops in the area of my videogame possession. I just need a good estimate of its worth just in case my tuition assistance runs dry.
So far, all the Bonk (Japanese versions go by the name 'PC Genjin') games I have:
NES & Famicom
Bonk's Adventure- sealed
FC Genjin- sealed
Turbo Grafx/Duo & PC Engine/Duo
Bonk's Adventure- complete
Bonk's Revenge- sealed
Bonk's Adventure & Revenge (3 in 1 CD)- complete
Bonk 3: Bonk's Big Adventure- complete
Bonk 3 CD- complete
PC Genjin- complete
PC Genjin 2- sealed
PC Genjin 3- complete
PC Genjin 3 Taikenhan- complete (demo version)
SNES & Super Famicom
Super Bonk- sealed
Super Genjin- complete
Super Genjin 2- complete
Sega Saturn
Saturn Bomberman- complete
Game Boy (color)
Bonk's Revenge- complete
I also have the complete Air Zonk collection
Air Zonk- sealed
PC Denjin- sealed
Super Air Zonk- complete
Super CD Denjin- complete
What would all this be worth? My tuition assistance is still reliable... for now. But just in case of an emergency, sacrifices will have to be made!

I haven't the foggiest idea, myself. $300, maybe?
I'm just really impressed. What does Saturn Bomberman have to do with Bonk, though, aside from Hudson Soft? There was also a version of Bonk for the B&W Game Boy.

Bonk 3 CD alone often sells for more than $100 on evilBay. I can only find one on eBay (completed auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1365368915 )
And some Japanese import could sell for a hefty amount in USA market.

@ Jorpho
Saturn Bomberman has Bonk as a playable character... along with other Hudson greats like Milon, Miss Honey, and Master Higgins.

I'd say @ least 50 for each Air Zonk/PC Denjin, so that about $400...at least another 200 or so for the TG/PCE games...the rest, i'm not sure. I'd say youre looking @ $600 as a MINIMUM.

I have a ballpark figure that will blow your mind ! In 1989, there were a reported 93 casualties in ballparks ! These consist of stampedes and falling off of a tier into solid cement below. Can you imagine what that must be like ? My aunt was once thrown from the upper deck in Comiskey Park but lived to tell the tale! Aunt Stumpy we call her.

Draw back your hand, Ed, from this new beast that goes by the name of Steven J. Lumas. I sense great things in the future birthed from his hips.

There's been more and more of this lately. I'm all for giving the Mods enough power to ban members that can't contribute to this site.
Oh and I'm sorry that this post was off-topic. :embarrassed:

Maybe not to you.
But it gets irritating when you are posting and replying to posts, and some moron keeps screwing up your topic.
Kind of like we're doing with this topic. X_x

I agree that he's funny (and so was Bratwurst's reply :D) but really, come on! I'd hate to...be...the originator of this topic, which we've killed with our heavy-handedness. o_O
Well, I'm all for giving the guy a chance.

Threadjacked......it's over. i couldn't resist replying to the subthread. i didn't think the particular post was that bad until i realized.....o.....look at all of his posts and they just keep getting more and more meaningless. and as stated before, this topic is pretty important.......the originator of the post before it got jacked didn't appear to be less than serious. he's talking about selling his collection due to schooling costs. i think that's far from serious, and where i come from serious things are important.......
