Well in all fairness, the Xbox is pretty heavy and you can't sent it via media mail. That fee may include insurance and delivery confirmation as well. Whether the guy actually has the product though is another question.

I certainly wouldn't buy a $200 US console, legit or not, from a seller with only 2 feedback. For me to part with that much money, I'd need a more convincing feedback track record.

Yeah, these could be modded with HD upgrade and bios that boots the "included" games off the hard drive.
