In the US you mean? Good question... looking for a copy myself, it was only out in the shops in Europe. I believe it may have been BB only in the US.

I know for a fact this is a US release. There is a local-ghetto video store just outside of my town (not a blockbuster either) that has a copy of this for rent. It is out there guys, very hard to find though. I need to somehow snag this copy myself.

I paid $45 shipped for copy of the game (with instructions) no box a few years ago. About a year later there was a guy on ebay selling a ton of new ones for around $40-50.

It supports the enhancement chip and as an ISS freak, I love the game.

However, the SNES International Super Star Soccer series (the original and deluxe) are the ESSENTIAL purchases if you are a soccer game fan. Neither were released in the USA. I purchased mine from Brazil. The GBA versions are similar, but the control is inferior.

If there is a game that is rental only, and you can't find it anywhere, do this (as long as you don't mind not having a box): rent it, then tell them you lost it. They make you pay for it, either that or you stop going there to rent games.

My ISS is a bootleg. I couldn't find an original version when I was in Brazil (1995-1996). My ISS Deluxe is an official Brazilian version. As you know Brazil is PAL, but both games work fine on my NTSC system.
