I'm pretty sure there's loads of PAL games missing.
I haven't checked my carts against the DP list, but I have against Atari Age, and at least half of them were missing (including that Demon Attack ;) ).

I've stated in every guide since 1995 that we're not going to list every PAL title because it creates a total redundancy of our book. Our customers are still 90% US-based so the priority to squeeze all of the info into just 512 pages lies squarely on the US release list. Second priority are PAL games that were not released in the US. Lowest priority are PAL games that were also released in the US.

So you see where that Demon Attack falls.

Things change, and as we move into this online world, we're capturing EVERYTHING... but there's still only so much we can squeeze into the book, and our priorities haven't changed.
