I'm kind of surprised we made it this far without needing a rules topic.

I suggest you add something to rule #4 about introducing yourself in the thread of the same name, and to not rush into selling, and see what's going on in the other forums. *shrug*

I think we should also force a price policy. Any item sold should be posted with an asking price, and try to discourage auction style bidding here.

This will make most transactions occur faster and smoother.

The buyers know what they want for the item, and the sellers know what they're willing to pay..

Portnoyd~ :shrug: There are a few people are only here to sell, if they can provide good references (example: lots of selling on eBay) I don't see why they should have to post to introduce themselves or +1 topics just to get their name out.

leonk~ I don't really want to force people to set a price. If buyers know what they want, they should be able to PM and offer it. The seller has the right to turn it down and move on. How fast the item moves is really up to the seller.

Querjek~ No, this is *mostly* concerning CD based games, since there has been an influx of people selling backed up games. I'll revise that a little more.

I think he is reffering to copys. For say $10. Hozer Video used to do this. As long as it is stated as Copied, what the problem is?

I think people need to start following rule #2 more. To be fair to everyone, people should be combining their for sale threads better. It seems like some people are getting away from doing this. I don't think the mods should have to combine any threads, common courtesy to others should be considered by all before posting a multiple for sale topics.

I am not trying to single anyone out, all I am saying is that everyone needs to follow the rules a bit better to make it fair to everyone posting items for sale. Just my thoughts, what do you think Achika??

Why? Because sometimes protos take enough time to verify as it is. If someone new comes in and says "I've got these protos!" What is stopping them from selling copies as real ones?


Darth: I think this week I've combined atleast 3 topics this past week. I would hope that people would read this thread, but it's apparent that they might not be. :o
