Yes I think I know!! It is the "official" headquarters where Sega and associates are coming together to produce the next round of games they are gonna release here in the U.S. for the DC!! They have decided to give it another go since new games are still being produced and selling in Japan--so they figure "why not us"? See, the DC is not dead yet-IT IS NOT DEAD YET!!! I need a beer.... @_@ :hmm:
