Anyone have this and happy with it? Wondering since I found one at my local Salvation Army shop along with least a dozen complete Genesis games this morn cheap..
If anyone's wondering the Gen games included Vectorman 2, Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition and Rock Knight Adventures. I can go back and make a better list if anyone's intrested in buying one these titles.

I've had it since the day it was released and until the Game Boy Player came out for GameCube it was the only way I could play Game Boy carts on my TV. The little extras you got from games like Donkey Kong and Space Invaders were nice too. Quite an innovation.

Hmm, didn't know there was a GB player for GC. I've edited the initial post.

I'm confused. What does the Super Gameboy have to do with the Genesis? What's the question?
I haven't had much sleep, so I could be missing something here. LOL

I ask asking about if anyone here's used and have the Super GB, as well as mentioning the Genesis games I found if anyone was intrested.

i have one and have used it like once or twice...nothing too great..just plays gameboy games on the tv giving you slight color and a larger picture. i still prefer playing gameboy games on the portable system...not sure why though.
i have an imported platinum gamecube gameboy player as well, but i only used that once or twice too....i like it a lot more than the super gameboy thoguh.

It's alright you put all of that in one post instead of taking the Genesis stuff over to the Weekday finds topic, I just click on topics, hey, no waste of my time, I'm the one who clicked on it in the first place ;P
Anyhow, I have a Super GameBoy but I haven't used it. Part of the reason is that I only have one SGB-compatible game, that would be Link's Awakening :P
I've got the Super GameBoy Guide from '94, though. Nice stuff.

I found the Super Gameboy to be invaluable when levelling up critters in Pokemon Blue - use a joypad w/autofire, stand in the right place, turn autofire on and leave for a few hours. Ta-da! Instant hassle-free levelling up :)
