Robotech! Anyone watching this?

It's very "space opera-ish"! Reminds me a little bit of "Star Blazers." After Transformers, it's my favorite "giant transforming robots kicking ass" cartoon! (Who would win, Optimus Prime vs the SDF-1? LOL) :D But what is with Rick's inability to decide between Minmei and Lisa Hayes? @_@ x_x :roll: And Roy is dreamy, for a cartoon character, that is. :embarrassed:

I am currently watching Robotech too. I love it! I just finished the 3rd DVD in the series. Personally I think Rick would be better off with Lisa Hayes (Minmei is a sellout) but I haven't watched enough to see who he actually chooses.

My favorite episode so far was on the first disc I believe...Rick and Minmei were trapped inside the SDF-1 for weeks on end and they look out the window and there is a huge fish floating around in space. I thought that was pretty funny.

I grew up watching Robotech as a kid myself. Got back into it years ago when it was on Sci-Fi and slowly getting the dvd sets, as well as wanting the sets of the series Robotech was spliced from (Macross, Southern Cross and Mospeda).

I'm watching them afterschool every day. That and Inspector Gadget. (Then I start doing my homework when Jem and the Holograms comes on. :puke: )

I think "DVD" is a Canadian station out of Toronto, DP.

I try to catch Robotech, but it's on at like 3:00 in the afternoon on a UHF channel that's hard to tune in. Besides my VCR doesn't have a timer and its tuning knobs aren't working too hot.
