Are the Intellivision or Activision pack compliations for the PSX worth getting?

Intellivision pack, no. Especially if you are a solo player like myself, most of the games are 2 player only. Bad emulation as well...it almost turned me off getting an Intellivision.
The Activision pack is a bit better. The emulation is still pretty bad, but the games are still, for the most part, playable.

Kaine, SAVE YOURSELF THE $10 and the few minutes of your life that it wll take before you realize you've been completely swindled. People who LIKE Intellivision and Atari 2600 didn't like these compilations. If you don't like or know the games it's going to be even worse as Activision completely botched these. Like Scooter said, Atari 2600 pack is a little better - a LITTLE - and the Intellivision one is all but unplayable. If you're gonna do a compilation for a system that has a keyboard controller and a disc, better make sure you pick games from that system that will work well with the PlayStation.
Anyway, here are the DP reviews:

There is one redeming feature to the Intellivision pack, it has nice interviews with Keith Robinson and the other Blue Sky Rangers. That's the only redeming feature, and I'd imagine their own Intellivision discs for the PC have all that and then some.
Is it worth $10? Probably not.
(Heh, this was the second PSX game I ever bought, BTW.)

My FYE had them for $11-12.
