I'm trying to compile a list for DC pack-ins so I can get them for my collection, I would appreciate it if you all could fill in/correct my information

I'm pretty sure that all the Dreamcasts that didn't come with a "real" game came instead with a Generator Demo Disk. Mine was Generator Vol. 2, and also came with the 2.0 Web Browser.

Both my NFL2K and NFL 2K1 have NFR stamped on them. Was there more than one Sega Sports Package? Maybe they updated them as well.

The two Sega Sports Bundles were:

(Black Sega Sports System)
NFL 2k
NBA 2k

(Regular System)
NBA 2k1
NFL 2k1
World Series 2k1

The Sonic Shuffle I recieved in a trade along with the Sonic Adventure pack in did not have the NFRS stamp (both came from the same box, and I have no reason to doubt the person)

I don't think NHL 2k was a pack in though, but I have seen the rest of the sports games with the NFRS.

The BBA had a WebBrowser 3.0 disc, but that's probably not important to this conversation.

Seems like the generator volume 2 disc started coming with either the Sonic bundle or the Sega Smash Pack bundle.

Oh I didn't know that....good to know.

I saw a Sonic Shuffle today at a Gamestop and it had a NFR stamp on the disc itself. If this wasn't the pack-in, was there an alternate version that had this stamp?

Thanks for your help so far, I updated the list to reflect the changes

Also, Would you please clarify if the NFR stamps are on the case, disc or both?

It gets kind of confusing through everything, and I'm not sure which you all mean.

NBA 2K & NFL 2K - NOT FOR RESALE located on the bottom of the CD right above the Sega Dreamcast name and logo. No markings on the back insert, but there are no UPCs. No markings on the instructions.

NBA 2K1 & NFL 2K1 - NOT FOR RESALE located on the right hand side of the CD all by itself. Back insert marked in big bold black letters inside white rectangular box - NOT FOR RESALE. This is where the UPC would be. Again no UPCs. No markings on the instructions.

I didn't know WSB 2K1 came with the later Sega Sports model. My WSB 2K1 is normal. I have the Black Sega Sports Model that came with the 2K series. I bought the NFR 2K1 series games separately at Gamestop for like 99 cents each.

Maybe they ran out of one and packed in the other? Who knows. I had asked if there were any differences in them a week ago, but no one responded. :(

I've also heard rumors about a Web Browser 2.62 can anyone confirm this?

I also cant remember if any demo discs were packed in....

First up, I have v2.62 of the U.S. Browser, so yeah, it exists. Second, there were quite a few minor revision releases of the browser here in America. More info can be found at http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/dreamcast/browsers/ and http://gamesource.groups.yahoo.com/group/DreamcastBrowsers/ for your reference.

Last, I did get the Generator 2 demo disc with my Sonic Bundle Dreamcast.

I used to have the Sonic bundle, and in it, it had a SOnic Adventure game with a not for resale thing on the CD and on the manuel, I believe. It was a two disk case, and in the back was a demo for Sonic Adventure 2. Then there was a regualar SOnic Shuffle with no "not for resale' thing on it, I think. It also came with a web browser, but I'm not sure what version. It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure that's what it had.

I bought a Generator Vol. 1 at Gamestop a long time ago ( My DC came with vol. 2). I don't know if it was a pack-in but assume it was.
