I picked up a TG-16 System pretty cheap , but it didn't come with a System Card.

I don't know for sure which one is best , but I need one or else I guess this thing is worthles. LOL

So anyway if you have one , post here or PM me with what you what for it.

I have a little of almost everything or I can pay cash.

Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!! :D

You got a TG16 with CD add-on? You'd want a system card 3.0 to play SuperCDRom games. If it's a Turbo Duo or just the Turbo Grafx 16 deck itself, you'll need no system cards. You can play HuCards no matter what, so it ain't useless!

I had a TG-16 and I bought this :

Now as you have pointed out I need a System Card.

A 3.0 would be nice, but I'm trying to keep cost down, so any System Card would be nice right now.

Someone ........ Anyone ......... :eek 2:

Jon, a system card is the least of your worries.

The CD system uses an extremely odd amount of power. I had to actually get a 2nd CD system before I had a working AC. You will not be able to find areplacement AC adaptor, trust me.

EDIT: I guess I should mention an amount... I haven't looked in a while, but I recall it being like 13 V 850 mA or something like that.

Already got a Universal Power Supply that works fine.
Everything powers up and works.
Just need a Card now. :(

12 volt.

It's a 850ma Power Supply.

The 300ma one I had wasn't powerful enough.

Hot dog, that's underrated!

Isn't the required supply something like 11.5V @ 1.7 amps? I have a substitute power supply on mine (a Homemedics power supply from a chair massager or something... 12V @ 2A)

850mA is so low it's not even funny. You gotta get something better PRONTO!

What version do you want?
Go for the arcade card pro and import converter if you got a tg16 stack set.

Pardon my French, but I am f'n shocked! Seriously.

I'm not online so much anymore, so sorry to halt your Turbo experience... here you go:

I've boughten items from them more than once, and can say nothing but praise.

If you need an Offical power supply for the CD add on system, contact The Collector. I met Bill (The Collector) the other day, and he said he had a couple of extra CD power supplies. I'm sure he'd sell to an interested party. Bill is also an A-1 nice guy, and I'd recommend doing business with him any time.
