Hay Joe, here is a update for the list. Sure took me long enough, I have not been able to find one of these and info is sparse on the net, anyway here goes.

making it one of the most common games you'll find.

I'll have this update online later today - when you send in Rumor Mill entries try to include WHERE you saw it. It helps validate for everyone down the road. You can't imagine how often I get the question "where did you hear THAT one from?".
