Has this happened to anyone. I just got this Saturn from the thrift store I don't know if it's broken or I don't know what I'm doing. When I put a game in it just goes to the audio cd player and it plays the music from the game fine but I can't get it to play the game. What do I do? Any help would be great.

Clean the lens gently with a Qtip and water/isopropanol. Make sure it's a NA Saturn, with NA games (Japanese saturns are usually white).
Failing those things, your laser either needs replacing, or adjusting. Not for the feint of heart, but it's doable if you are a bit tech handy.
If you can't fix it, don't toss it. Trade it to someone who can fix it. :) Good Luck!
