Can you only use the headset with a broadband connection?

no you can use it with either, i'm guessing if you have a 56k connection and u lag, it might be hard for the other ppl to understand u at times, but u can use it.

Yah you can use it with either. However most of the games that you can use it in, need broadband anyways.
