It's a mystery to me also... Our mailing house ASSURED me that they were all sent on the 8th (it was actually ready to ship on the 2nd, but that's an entirely different story...). I'm just assuming that the international copies were mailed out first class while the domestic copies were mailed out periodical class... If it makes anyone feel better, I still have not received my mailed copy!
Thanks for your patience everyone. This is just a slight hiccup due to using a mailing service for the first time. Should be there any day now <crosses fingers>.

I chucked the envelope already, but I remember the postage to Canada was $1.60 so I dunno if that would be first class or not.
