I found a loose one at EBGames for $7 two weeks ago if that helps. :P

Btw, I also spotted a loose Pieces at another store for $8...should I go pick that one up?

Oh well I found out they only sell for a few dollars on Ebay.

You would think an R8 would be worth a little more. :hmm:

Demand a higher price on Amazon or Half.com (34.99 compared to other sellers lowest price of 39.99) and you might get it. I am extremely glad the prices for these loose carts is so cheap on ebay many times. I have been picking them up whenever I can get a chance if they are pretty cheap but Fun N Games does not come onto ebay but once every few months. I would probably buy a loose one for up to $15. According to the rarity guide less than 2000 were made which makes it just as rare as the competition carts. I was lucky to find one loose cart. Just sold a Zero the Kamikaze squirrel on Half.com last week with stickers all over it for 34.99. :)

definately a nice grab. I'd say it is one of the rarest super nes games. I've been searching for it myself without any luck.

I bought a loose copy of the game back in February for $9.99 at a Gamestop, and made a thread about it here, asking if it was a true grail. Here's the thread:

Portnoyd had a good response in that thread, worth quoting here:

The good thing is no one is on the hunt for it... yet. I expect it to, eventually become the next Stadium Events. Whether it'll happen, I can't say 100% for sure. Judging by what we know, it's sort of a holy grail, but desire for it and value have not made it one.
