alright, I am clueless when it comes to mods and reforms, but that doesn't mean it doesn't intuige me.
I have recently bought a treamcast: http://www.lik-sang.com/news.php?artc=2963 (not from this place though, it was an ebay seller), and I haven't recieved it yet but I was wondering the following:
I have heard that the picture quality is not the best and that there are better lcd screens than the one attatched to this one - is there any way the screen can be replaced whilst mantaining the treamcast casing intact? if so how can this be done (i.e. could a tech do it?). I'm sure I read somewhere someone had supposedly done this with good results but it was a long time ago and I don't know where to look now for this article.
also, the system is not actually portable as it needs to be plugged into the wall or used with a car adaptor. I was wondering if making some kind of battery for it would be possible, and again, how I could pull this off.
