Im just horrible at finding emulators, and roms....so what im looking for is a sega cd emulator, and a SONIC cd rom.....

I don't know about the roms...since I go to Edge Emu (www.edgeemu.com) for them and they're donator-only. I can, however, point you towards the emulator: Gens is here. (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/genesis/gens.html)

You should be able to find the roms easily enough, and if not you can just go to Edge (www.edgeemu.com) and donate. :P
