Yeah, and the new eBay stock photo and description bullshit isn't helping it. I refuse to ever use it, it's crap.

I'm still at a loss to figure out why they don't fix the upside down question mark that replaces apostrophes.

It seems to be rarer to find a seller that actually bothers to photograph the game and tell you what description it's actually in. I'm getting seriously sick and tired of these stock photo auctions with a summary of the gameplay. I mean "Hello?!!?! Stupid if I didn't already know what sim ant was about I wouldn't be searching ebay for it!"

Ugh!

If a seller chooses to use a stock photo, they should be required to pick (and not just default to) the condition the game is in, loose, boxes or complete.

I too hate those damn stock photos. Let's give a seller less reason to write a meaningful description.

I really don't have a problem with the stock photos and descriptions. Anyone who knows anything about ebay knows that they're stock photos and not a picture of the actual product that you're bidding on so I really don't think there should be any misunderstanding. The item descriptions are the reason that I use them in my auctions. I think that they help bring in bids from browsers who aren't looking for anything in particular but like certain kinds of games. But of course, I also incllude my own pictures of the items that I sell as well.

That's Miss Kettle to you.

It's not about misunderstandings. It's about having no clue what condition the game is in. It could be mint sealed or freshly ripped from the seller's ass. You can't tell. And so many sellers use the stock photo/no description of the item combo that it's a pain to email them all.

It's also a very stupid selling technique and I don't understand why anyone would be so lazy.
