Circuit City has another closeout sale on video games. Halo (XBOX) was advertised at $19.99. Additionally they have bargain bins. I picked up Wipeout Fusion ofr the PS@ for $6.97. Also picked up Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits for the GBA for $9.99. Other games on sale included Red Faction II for the Gamecube for $9.99. and many others for $10 -$16.

They were doing this a few weeks ago as well. The trick seems to be that some games are marked with the wrong price so you have to take them to the register to get the correct price. For example, Wipeout Fusion was marked $49.99 but rang up $6.97. Some of the other games I picked up:
Waverace Blue Storm (GCN) - $9.96
Atari Anniversary (PS1) - $9.99
Beyond Good and Evil (GCN) - $19.99
Robotech Battlecry (GCN) - $11.99
TimeSplitters 2 (GCN) - $15.99
Maximo (PS2) - $15.99
I suggest taking a basket, going through the games, picking out the ones you're interested in and then taking them up to the register to see what's on sale. It seems to be the only way to tell for sure.
