Our veteran moderator Buyatari is taking an indefinite hiatus as he enjoys his "real life" responsibilities. You'll still see him around but he will no longer be able to lock your topics. Ah how the tables have turned! :evil:

We can't have this place spinning out of control, however, so we've quickly drafted one of our hobby's most prolific prototype researchers, Frank "TheRedEye" Cifaldi. If you don't know Frank, then you don't visit this form very often, or you have not been to the site www.lostlevels.org!

That "coupon" is for Traditional Pizza on Desert Inn and Mojave.

The pizza's about as boring as the name. It contains approximately no flavor. There is no coupon here, as their pizza is ALWAYS two for one, any size. Which is pretty stupid.

It used to be a Little Caesar's. When they took over, they merely removed the Little Caesar's sign and kept up the "Pizza! Pizza!" part. Then they got in trouble for using that trademarked slogan, so they took down one "Pizza!" and added an ugly green "TRADITIONAL" in front of it. So now we have TRADITIONAL pizza!

So anyway. Prototypes!

This has nothing to do with prototypes, but it's along the same lines.

In Chicago there was a hotdog chain called Bozo's. Of course, Bozo the Clown sued the chain and won. So, the chain changed the second "o" in all their signs to a happy clown face. So now instead of Bozo's all the signs read Boz :) 's.

They're so/so hot dogs, I've eaten there. I have no idea if that story is really true but my grandpa told it to me every time we drove past one.
