Damn! One of the reasons I wanted a Laseractive system so badly was so I could play the classic laserdisc game Time Gal on it. After seeing this auction though, it looks like I'm gonna be stuck with my crappy SegaCD version for a while:

So is this game the Stadium Events of the LaserActive system, or are there others that sell for even higher prices?

Thats what I thought at first, but don't all Japanese Laseractive games come in those re-sealable covers? If so, a Laseractive game can be used & in perfect condition so someone can pass it off as "new & sealed" on ebay.

This is just too crazy for me. NO videogame is worth over 800 dollars....not even a stadium events (well...maybe if that was the ONLY game missing from a complete collection)
I wonder why people are paying so much nowadays for some rare videogames, are they too rich and dont know where to use their money?? @_@

How much better can the quality be from Sega CD to Lazeractive?

i guess the laseractive version would be less grainy than the sega cd version. (Kind of like the difference between the sega cd and the 3dO version of dragon`s lair)
