I was wondering, do Madden Football games get releases outside of the US? I wouldn't imagine so as American football is not very popular elsewhere, but it was worht asking.
And do sports games that come annually (Like baseball and hockey) decrease in value as fast? Or do those came out at all either?

I don't believe they get Madden stuff gets released outside of the US.
Generally most of those sports game decrease in value pretty fast but I'm sure there are a few exceptions to this.
I personally don't care much for sports game so I'm not the best person to answer.

Virtua Striker is the only sports series I really like.
Most of the US-developed DC sports games made it to Japan, although Basketball and Football aren't huge sellers. Japanese companies make more Baseball games than US.
The only sports games with peoples names in them I've seen are golf and racing, although I'm sure there are some more.

Madden has had three releases on the PS2 so far in Japan. They aren't huge sellers, and it takes them extra time getting out there. As GaijinPunch said, Sega was pretty good about bringing their sports games to Japan too. Usually, the voices stay intact, and I don't think many Japanese videogamers really know who the hell Madden is, but I guess if you've paid for the license, why not use it?
If you can read a little bit of Japanese, here's EA site:

You can see what's been released there. FIFA is a big game for them in Japan, but then again, Soccer games sell very well in Japan in general.

Most Madden games make it to Europe, or at least the older ones did (the Megadrive had all but '98, not too sure about current-gen stuff).
There's quite a lot of other US sports games that don't (mainly baseball but some basketball/football/hockey aswell). Not that we're too bothered by that ;)
And yes, they're also worth nothing over here ;)

Saw a Japanese-release of a Madden GB game at some random shop here the other day. As far as U.S.-developed "sports" games, the WWE games make quite a splash over here.
