First edition sports games (Genesis)_

What are all the Genesis sports games that have the First Edition gold sticky on the corner of the box, not all boxs have them. So far the only one i know of is Madden 93, what are the others?

Madden '94 had it, as did Bulls v. Blazers and the NBA Playoffs.
