...but I don't know much else for complete games other than E-bay's avg. prices.

so is it still a good deal?

complete, went for $23.53.

*edit* Ah, nevermind, I see the reserve was not met....which means that guy who 'won' is most likely not getting it :p

I can't believe that a game so common can demand such high prices. Why is there such a renewed interest in Bubble Bobble? I think I paid about $2 for a mint loose copy a few years back. You can't touch a loose cart for less than $15 on eBay nowadays. I can understand Rainbow Islands and especially Bubble Bobble 2 being worth something, but the first Bubble Bobble? It's a true classic, but there have got to be tons of copies of that game floating around.....

Well it really isn't a complete copy since it's missing the original promotional material (Taito order form card, Nintendo Power subscription card, Taito games poster), so the seller is like totally scamming you.

I'm kidding a little, but seriously, it ain't worth what the seller wants. I can't remember what I paid for mine, but it was cheaper.

It's just that good of a game.

I paid $3 for m copy, though. I can see why it sells for a lot of money, but it really shouldn't.

I paid $.99 for my first one, and less then that for my second copy of the 1st one. Earlier I looked at someones feedback and the first item I saw was one where the guy got the seller to end the auction at the price it was at. It was for mario 3, some other common, and Bubble bobble 2. I emailed the seller and he said he sold it for 15.00 not knowing it was worth a lot more.

Let's see. I got my cart in a trade for...I THINK Super Mario Bros. 2...I know it was a game that didn't cost me a lot. Then I got the box for it when I bought out a a video game store of about 100 NES boxes (all mint) and about 10 games and 8 nintendo VHS for 35.00.

So my copy is boxed, I still need a manual though. :( Anyone have an extra one they want to sell?
