Not mine, figured I'd pass the word to a DP'r before they're snatched up:

Item #3090905328 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=18807&item=3090905328&rd=1)

Looks neat, and for 20 bucks it seems a lot cheaper than importing the real deal.

I doubt it's an official nintendo product. Plus doesn't it void the warranty if you open it up?

This is the first I've seen of them but despite the auction's tone of desperation I have a feeling we'll see more of them in the future. Lik-Sang'll have them if nothing else.

I don't know. They look cool, but they look pretty difficult. So who is gunna give one a shot?

PS- I think the Famicom one is kinda ugly. :o

If anyone sees these for sale anywhere reputable, especially other than eBay, please do post it in the VG forum. This is sweet. :D

I wonder how their quality compares to a real GBA shell. They certainly look authentic enough from those pictures.

Too bad they don't come int better colors. I still like my onyx GBA best.

I just got the Famicom shell, It looks great. It came with nintendo logos (small one on the top and the screen bezel), all the red buttons and a sticker for the back that even has a bogus serial number.

I am going to wait till I get my Retro SP in June to change out the shell on my current platnum one. Don't want to run the risk of being without my Gameboy. It came with hardcore disclaimers from the seller on how hard it is to change.

The only part of the SP that I think is tough to get at is the front half of the screen casing. The bottom comes apart super easy, and the back of the screen comes off easily as well. You have to have the tri-wing screwdriver, of course, but getting the thing apart and putting it back together isn't as tough as this seller makes it sound.
