Prince of Persia: the Sands of Time has the original PoP.

The Xbox Spy Hunter had the original Spy Hunter as a hidden extra in it.
I know a few more, give me a little while to sift through some games to see what else comes to mind.
Metroid Prime had the original Metroid, and the Rogue Squadron 3 Demo Disc had the original Star Wars arcade game on it.

Pitfall: The Lost Expedition has the 2600 Pitfall and Pitfall II in the game.
These next ones aren't for next-gen systems, but whatever.
Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure for SNES has the original Pitfall.
Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures for SNES has the original Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man included.
Donkey Kong 64 for N64 has the original NES Donkey Kong.
Excitebike 64 has the original NES Excitebike.

....oh yeah and Pac Man Worlds 2 has an arcade that you can unlock all the old versions of Pac Man, Ms. Jr. etc. in it right?

I know they don't really qualify for "offical" status, but I really liked the Asteroids and Breakout games in Electrocop on the Lynx. The winning message was priceless:
"You win, big deal."

I beleive that panzer dragoon orta has panzer dragoon 1 & 2 on it. All you have to do is beat the game and get a perfect score or something like that....

I know that the Rogue Squadron 3 demo disc had the original Star Wars arcade game, but I thought I read that the full game had 3 (?) Star Wars arcade games.
Metroid: Zero Mission has Metroid (NES) hidden in it.

Waittaminute! Did you say that Animal Crossing had both SMB and Zelda as hidden games? I thought that this was just a rumour?

Nope, they're in there all right. I've had them since early February of 2003, no joke. I got them before the Action Replay was availible. Wanna know how? Some guy in Columbus, Ohio (~1.5 hours away) firgured out how to make a Japanese AC save compatible with US AC by using a memory card that is compatible with a PC. He just had to edit some header information. He was able to transfer the games from JP to US. And so I was one of the first people to send him money for a memory card with a character having the following NES games:
Punchout!!
SMB
The Legend of Zelda
Ice Climber
Mario Bros.
And that was how I got those NES games months before most others could :)

Arnold Palmer's Tournament Golf for Genesis/Megadrive has a hidden Fantasy Zone minigame.

What I don't understand is why the hell Nintendo is not releasing the access code to these games. AC has been out for a long time already, so what the heck is Nintendo waiting for?
