I found a video game cart at a flea market. The picture shows a hand in a cockpit controlling a ship. There is a man on the label with a red suit and a yellow helmet. On the right side of the man is fire burning. In the background there are mountains and a small ship in the background above the mountains. The game has no title.

No, not a Prototype. Prototypes have normaly no picture Lable. And I found the game with your discribtion.

Rescue on Fractalus

On AtariAge stand, that one Version from this game has no name on the lable. So I think its a standart game.
