Thank you,

For your information, a lot of people dont know about emulators and roms, and I know where to point them into the right direction. If you have been to these sites, most of them are full of crap and pop-ups. I have taken the time and found the sites that are straight-forward downloading sites. I explain it in detail, so even fucking idiots like you can understand it. So to answer your question, YES. I have sold the info before to happy customers.

Wow.
I wonder how much I could get by putting my 100% complete NES rom collection (Every US/PAL/Australian only/pirate/etc/etc/etc (1.3gb worth!)
but...that would be very, very low of me.

As I mentioned to some of the guys on IRC last night I sometimes trade people my RPG rom/ISO collection in exchange for "real" games but I never feel like I'm ripping people off. It's usually in exange for games people don't like or just don't want anymore. Not everyone's a collector. And I always make sure that the person knows these are just roms and they can download them themselves if they want to take the time to do so. But then again ISOs can be hard to come by and I've catalouged every game myself. If it's in english and it's an RPG... it's on the disk. And a bunch of Japanese/chinese stuff as well. :P
This guy however's being a bastard. Charging for the information to download roms? Give me a break.

Is this a loophole in ebays policies? They say you can't sell roms, but as far as I know. nothing about selling information how to obtain them...
